Since 1994 the National Constitution will grant autonomy to the City of Buenos Aires, since there were generated numerous discussions and positions on the legal scope of that autonomy (Article 129 CN, including in the same direction.)
first thing comes to mind is that from there the city should be able to investigate and prosecute crimes committed in it. but I will not say much here because my idea is to generate debate.
